Because you may be afraid; does not mean the situation you are facing contains any risk. Sometimes the feelings of fear, anxiety and dread may be unrelated to risk.
So because you may feel fear, do not act on your fear. In fact…do not act until you size up the situation and understand exactly what you are facing.
Whenever you feel fear, force yourself to question yourself. Yes…question yourself…why am I feeling this away about X or Y.
Should you find out that the fear is illogical, reject the feeling and declare confidence over your life. Speak words of strength, love and spiritual significance over yourself, it really works.
